Engagement Dashboard
The dashboard UX/UI was designed to offer users flexibility in accessing information. It provides high-level recent data based on activity and offers statistics for group efforts and campaigns per organization, as well as individual employees. The company health score, developed using key metrics set by managers, allows leadership to track progress over time and identify areas where activity may have declined among staff. It also highlights the most active employees and their spending habits with earned rewards.
User Dashboard
Bearn is a SaaS company delivering a best-in-class health management platform for B2B organizations seeking to boost engagement in healthy, active behaviors. Our UX team met their needs with a streamlined workflow and a powerful, intuitive dashboard for the app.

User Dashboard Engagement
The Bearn Enterprise mobile platform prioritized ease of use, rewards, and sustained engagement. The goal was to inspire daily usage and curiosity—encouraging users to check their recommendations, tasks, and both their medical and financial health.

Company User Management
As noted, the company health score can encompass as many activity types as an organization chooses. Each activity is assigned a distinct color and icon, giving users and managers a clear visual menu. From any activity category, users can drill down to see how scores and percentages are calculated and where there’s room to improve.
Each exercise-tracking module also shows overall stress levels and the exercise’s effectiveness over time.

Daily Activity
At the core of any mobile health app is building a consistent routine supported by multiple reminders and encouragement. The mobile dashboard balances motivating visuals of dollars earned with calories burned, while also showing how activity streaks have increased both over time. Finally, on the same screen, users can compare their activity with coworkers and with specific groups they’ve joined.

Group Goals
An easy-to-read dashboard lets you track employee progress, set new goals for individuals and groups, and review achievements across preset exercise categories like biking and running.
Personal Goals
Creating groups is no different from organizing a company softball team. People are usually more motivated when their efforts are part of a public competition. It’s easy to skip a workout when no one is watching, but being on a team trying to outperform another changes everything.
Much like fantasy football leagues or other digital competition platforms, the app makes it easy to see your group’s standing, compare progress, and set and track goals. Companies recognize the direct link between physical and mental health, and Bearn helps maintain a healthy balance between both.
